Private records
Do not send private record text, child names, screenshots, receipts, documents, or PDF exports unless support specifically asks for them and you choose to share them.
Subscriptions and purchases
Casewell subscriptions are handled through the App Store or Google Play. You can manage, cancel, or restore purchases from your store account settings or from the in-app purchase management flow where available.
Account deletion and local data
You can delete local records, attachments, exports, passcode data, and local app state from Settings in the app. Local deletion does not remove files you already exported or shared, App Store / Google Play purchase records, RevenueCat transaction records, or support emails.
For help deleting server-side app identity or entitlement data, email getcasewell@gmail.com. Some records may need to be retained where required for legal, tax, payment, security, fraud-prevention, or dispute-resolution purposes.
